Jodie is a qualified herbalist, reflexologist and nutritionist. She has over 20 years of experience working in the centre of Hythe, Kent. Jodie is the co-founder of Foreman and Jones, Natural Health Practice.

Jodie specialises in gynaecological complaints – Menstrual issues, Fertility issues and Pregnancy.

She has a lot of experience working with clients suffering from stress-related complaints, anxiety and mood imbalances.

History

Jodie gained her qualification in Reflexology in 1999. She later went on to study Herbal Medicine at the University of Westminster and gained her BSc (Hons) in 2002.

Early in Jodie’s career she worked at Ralph and Evans, working alongside two experienced and established herbalists during and after her degree training. After graduating Jodie worked within Ralph and Evans at their clinics in Folkestone, Canterbury and West Malling. Jodie went on to become a dispensary manager at the practice.

In 2007 Jodie opened her own practice with fellow herbalist Hayley Jones. This would be a multi-disciplinary practice, providing natural health treatments such as reflexology, medical herbalism and nutrition. They called the practice Foreman and Jones and opened it in the Hythe high street.
