Nik Bucceri
Herbal Medicine, Reiki
Nik is a Western medical herbalist and registered member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. She found her way to herbal medicine when she was faced with a medical issue that conventional medicine was not able to fully address. She decided to seek a herbalist’s help and soon saw reassuring improvements. This positive experience, coupled with her life-long love for nature, nudged her towards exploring a career in herbal medicine herself.
Nik trained to degree-standard by completing a year-long foundation course and a 3-and-a-half-year professional diploma course while working part-time as a gardener and as a herbal dispenser both at The Herbary in Biddenden and later at Foreman & Jones. She graduated with distinction in September 2024, and has now joined Foreman & Jones full-time.
In addition to studying plant science, botany, medicine making, and the history and application of medicinal herbs, her education encompassed pathology, pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, physical examination, differential diagnosis, consultation skills, and safeguarding. She has completed over 500 hours of practical training with long-established herbalists in Kent, London, Portugal, and Canada.
Nik is also a member of the Jikiden Reiki UK Association, and has trained to Okuden level.
Jikiden is Reiki without modern influence or modification, the way it was originally established in Japan. It is a gentle hands-on energy therapy that may improve your sense of well-being, and can assist with treatment outcomes alongside herbal medicine and orthodox healthcare.
Nik is a general practitioner and can treat people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. She is looking forward to building relationships with her clients, to share her passion for herbalism and energy work, and to help people feel well in themselves.
She is committed to providing respectful and affirming care and hopes to offer a safe space to talk about health and receive treatment. She and her clients will work as a team to build resilience, and Nik counts on clients’ active involvement to make the treatment as dynamic and successful as possible.

Recommendations
“Following a very positive detailed consultation where Nik gained a vast amount of information regarding my past and present health and lifestyle habits she provided some dietary advice and lifestyle recommendations; also a tincture for the areas my body needs some support. I am looking forward to working with Nik to improve my understanding of my health and lifestyle requirements to enhance better health.”
Janice, Kent
“I recently had my first Reiki treatment with Nik. After being asked about any existing pain, I enjoyed the first hand placement on the back of the neck. A surprising, incredibly soothing warmth spread through my body. I also felt this pleasant warmth in other areas where Nik placed her hands, and most noticeably, I experienced a significant reduction in pain in both knees. The gentle short massage at the end of the session was also very pleasant. The entire treatment was accompanied by calming relaxation music. Thank you!”
Ingrid, Germany
“A really helpful and informative 1st follow-up appointment. As before I felt as if I was really listened to. Nik was friendly, professional, and answered all the questions I had. Thank you.”

Meeting Suzy has been the most awe inspiring and life changing experience ever. I
came to her as a very sick person, struggling with several post covid auto immune
illnesses which have been severely impacting my entire quality of life, fatigue,
stiffness and muscle weakness being my most crippling conditions. I could barely
open my eyes for muscle weakness.
Suzi’s beautiful energy is completely infectious; her knowledge of the body and how
our foods impact each body system, is stunning. I am 4 days into the first 4 weeks of
my plan and I can honestly say the differences in me, on so many levels, has totally
blown me and my family away. For the first time in my life, with Suzi’s ease of
explanations, I now understand the science behind what I’m eating and what’s
happening, and that means so much to me. I feel this is the start of a long, healthy
and quite beautiful relationship with Suzi and I am so completely full of gratitude for
her and all that she has taught me through her wisdom, professionalism and her own
experiences. I have finally fully accepted and understood my auto immune
conditions, how they work, the impact some major stresses have had on my body,
and with Suzi’s amazing support I’m now working to completely manage them, live a
better life and hopefully one day, to put them into remission.
I would truly recommend anyone to Suzi who wants to heal through the science and
medicine of food; or who just wants to live a better life.
Hilary H, Kent
Nutrition is a complex subject I’ve never really tried to get to grips with but Suzi is so good
at explaining everything in a way that anyone can understand and has helped me to realise
quite how closely linked everything within my body is. She has such an enthusiastic,
knowledgable and caring approach and you can just tell she’s passionate about what she does.
It was an absolute pleasure working with her to devise a plan and I would highly recommend
her services to anyone! Thanks so much Suzi
Charlotte R, Dover
Suzi’s natural and authentic approach created a trusting open environment on what can be
quite a personal and sensitive health matter
Her ability to apply her knowledge to my situation felt attentive and customised,
she really listened to understand my needs.
Nina G, Rhodes Minnis
Suzi showed patience and empathy during our meetings, her informative and
succinct approach made the whole process understandable and manageable, I was
truly surprised by the beneficial effects on Suzi’s advice to me.

“Emma has been brilliant in helping me deal with my social anxiety that was starting to interfere with my work, and would cause me to deliberately avoid my friends and opportunities for fear of judgement. After only a few sessions, I started to see an improvement in my behaviour and ability to control my intrusive thoughts. Now I’ve become so much more able to cope with my anxiety and have learned to use relaxation strategies that help me to generally enjoy life more. Getting therapy has given me a whole new outlook and benefited me in so many ways. Emma is extremely empathetic, non-judgmental and helped me identify and find solutions to some of my biggest anxieties. I would highly recommend her!”
“I was sceptical of hypnotherapy at first but Emma was fantastic at reassuring me and clearly explaining the benefits of hypnotherapy. I found it very easy to work with her and the hypnotherapy I experienced has been very helpful for my everyday life. I highly recommend her.”
“I made more progress and achieved more change with Emma in a few sessions than I have in years of seeing other therapists.”
“I had never been to any kind of therapist before, so was a little nervous before my first session with Emma. I needn’t have worried, however, as she made me feel calm and relaxed and she really took the time to properly listen. In my experience she used very effective techniques and I would definitely recommend her to others.”
